Why Lush exists.

Lush Development Group was founded with a specific thesis: Seminyak’s rental corridor has structural demand that outpaces supply, but most developers in the area either build for owner occupier lifestyle buyers (ignoring rental yield) or build for mass-market tourists (sacrificing design quality).

We saw a gap for a boutique scale developer that designs specifically for the short stay luxury rental segment — where architectural quality drives ADR premium, and operational partnership with a proven hospitality operator (Nova Escapes) is built in from day one, not bolted on after handover.

Lush Villas Seminyak is our first project. We chose to launch with 16 units rather than 60+ because we believe in proving the model at intimate scale before expanding. Every villa type was designed in collaboration with Nova Escapes to optimise for rental operations — room layout, cleaning flow, storage placement, smart home spec.
