Lush Villas Seminyak is a residential villa development in Seminyak, Bali, developed and marketed by Lush Development Group ("Lush", "we", "us"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, both Lush and Meta Platforms act as joint controllers of that data, each responsible for handling it lawfully. This policy covers how we handle it once we receive it.

We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange a viewing:

We do not ask for sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, health, or religion through our lead forms. Please don't send us this information unprompted.

• To respond: contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email to answer your enquiry and schedule an Open House visit.
• To qualify: understand your requirements so we can share relevant units and information.
• To follow up: keep you updated about your enquiry and the development, until you ask us to stop.
• To improve: measure which campaigns and pages perform, in aggregate, so our marketing is more relevant.

Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit a form or message us) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine property enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time. See Your rights below.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us operate:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): when you submit a lead form or engage with our ads, data is processed through Meta's systems as joint controller.
• Our CRM and email tools: to store your enquiry securely and let our team follow up.
• Our sales and management partners: including our appointed property manager, Nova Escapes, strictly to service your enquiry.
• Authorities: only where we are legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers operate outside Indonesia. Where data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies — Google Analytics across the site, and Google Tag Manager on our Open House page — to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure how our campaigns perform. These tools may collect page views, clicks, and device information.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

We keep your enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Leads submitted through Meta forms are also held by Meta for a limited time under their terms. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
